Final Non-EGU 2007-2008 NOx Allocations -- Pursuant to the NOx SIP Call

  • Per the NOx SIP Call and 401 KAR 51:160, the following link provides the final Kentucky Division for Air Quality 2007-2008 NOx allocations for applicable non-electric generating units (Non-EGUs).  The division is notifying each applicable Non-EGU and the U.S. EPA of the final Kentucky 2007-2008 Non-EGU NOx allocations.  Non-EGU NOx allocations made after 2008 will be made pursuant to U.S. EPA’s Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR).  If you have questions regarding these Non-EGU allocations, please contact Martin Luther at martin.luther@ky.gov or by calling the number below.
