The Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet will conduct a public hearing on Jan. 15, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. (CT) in the Fiscal Court Room, Third Floor, Henderson County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Henderson, KY 42420.  This hearing will be held to receive comments on a Title V permit to construct and operate a gasification to substitute natural gas production facility and electrical generation station. The Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet will conduct a public hearing on Feb. 4, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. (CT) at the Clark County Cooperative Extension Office, 1400 Fortune Drive,Winchester, KY 40391-8292.  This hearing will be held to receive comments on a Title V permit to construct and operate two Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers and associated material handling facilities to be located at its existing J.
