The Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet will conduct a public hearing on June 26, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. CDT in the conference room of the Clinton County Courthouse located at 100 S. Cross Street, Albany, KY 42602. Comments will be heard regarding the issuance of Cowboy Charcoal LLC, a Title V permit to operate a charcoal briquette manufacturing facility.
